Sofia Alexus will join as the new CEO of Verified in January 2026

Most recently, she led a rapid repositioning at Kundo AB, improving margins from -17% to +15%. Her experience includes scaling success stories such as 55% YoY revenue growth at Airmee and contributing to Trustly’s hypergrowth, where revenue scaled from 250 MSEK to 2.5 BSEK.

With Sofia`s proven ability to combine strategic vision and execution, she is exceptionally well positioned to lead Verified into its next phase of accelerated growth. We are incredibly excited about what lies ahead under her leadership.

As Sofia steps in, we want to take a moment to thank Tommy Jarnemark, who has successfully led Verified through a transformative four-year journey, and founder Tommy Flemström, whose entrepreneurial drive built the foundation for today’s success. Tommy Flemström will continue to support Verified as a member of the Board, ensuring continuity and long-term perspective. Both have been instrumental in shaping Verified into a Nordic SaaS regtech leader, and we are grateful for their invaluable contributions.
